I dropped off the parcel but status didn't update
If you have already dropped off the parcel using the Yaga code, but the status hasn't updated to "in-transit", then do not worry. Signals can sometimes come through with a delay. This does not affect the status of the order and the Buyer will still be able to complete the order once received —> you will receive the money for the item.
**If you shipped the item without the integration the Buyer is also able to complete the order once received —> you will receive the money for the item. Simply forward the correct tracking code to them via Yaga chat.
I missed the drop off time and the pin expired
If you missed the drop-off time and your PIN has expired, then you should book a new locker via your PUDO account. The order won’t go to ‘Shipped’ status, but the Buyer is still able to complete the order once received —> you will receive the money for the item.
