How PAXI integrated delivery works?

Yaga has multiple integrated courier options that deliver nationwide. It is up to each Seller to decide which delivery method(s) they would like to enable for their shop. With PAXI you will receive a PAXI token & PAXI Bag Voucher automatically through Yaga to send your orders, which means you don't have to pay for the delivery.


How PAXI integrated delivery works:

  1. Find a PAXI point to drop off the item

Find your nearest PAXI point from PAXI website HERE to drop off the item(s)

  1. Show the PAXI token & PAXI Bag Voucher to get a PAXI bag

PAXI token & PAXI Bag Voucher can be found from Menu—> My shop—> Orders—> "Details". Show your PAXI token and bag voucher to receive a grey token bag for your items. You don’t have to pay for the bag, as the cost has been covered by the buyer, and the token includes the buyer's delivery information. The Bag Voucher can only be redeemed at PEP, PEPHome and PEPCell.

  1. Confirm your name & contact details

Bring along your ID card or passport, as PAXI is required to ask fro the identification and contact details of the person making the drop off. If they also would like to confirm the Buyer’s details, simply refer to your order confirmation email for the relevant info.

  1. Receive a confirmation SMS

Once the order has been processed, you and the Buyer will each receive a confirmation SMS from PAXI with the tracking details. There is no need to tap “item shipped” anymore as the order status will be updated automatically. The Buyer’s “My purchases” detail screen will be automatically updated with the tracking number as well.

  1. Receive funds

Once the parcel has arrived at its destination, the Buyer will receive a SMS from PAXI to collect it. Once the Buyer has collected the parcel, they will have to tap “item received” on Yaga to release the funds to your Yaga wallet.


If you do not wish to use the integration

You can also ship the item without using the integration. This means that the order won’t go to ‘Shipped’ status, but the Buyer is still able to complete the order once received —> you will receive the money for the item + delivery.

PS! Keep in mind: It is important to pack the items properly so that they aren't damaged during shipping.

If a Buyer doesn't collect the parcel in time and it gets returned to the Seller, then the Seller is eligible for compensation for the courier costs that have occurred. The Seller will be asked to provide proof of the incurred courier costs and proof that correct delivery information was used in the first place. The Seller will be reimbursed once they have received the parcel back and this amount is charged from the Buyer's pending payment. The remaining is refunded to the Buyer.
