Cancelling an order as a Buyer

If you wish to cancel an order (your purchase) as a Buyer then this can be done from the Sellers' side, hence as a first step you should contact the Seller. You can contact the Seller via Yaga messages from Menu—> My purchases—> click on the Chat icon under the correct order.

If you can't reach the Seller in a few days then please contact us at support@yaga.co.za
