Reporting lets you flag items or users that don't meet Yaga's standards, and you can also block another user in case of a personal issue. As part of the Yaga community, you help keep Yaga amazing, and this can all be done with just a few clicks.
Where can I find the report button?
- Select the three-dot menu in the top right corner of the item view to display the Report button
- Tap the Report button to open a popup, allowing you to choose your reason for reporting an item
- Choose your reason for the report and tap Send. We've now received your complaint.
Which reason to choose?
- Abusive or rude behaviour — if you want to report a user for being abusive or rude
- Fake or counterfeit — if you suspect that the sold item or the shop is selling replica items
- Spam hashtags — if the item description includes hashtags (including brand tags) that aren't connected to the item being sold
- Possible fraud — if you suspect that the user doesn't actually have the item or is trying to direct the transaction outside of Yaga
- Directing transactions outside of Yaga — if the item description or the user is directing the conversation or sale outside of Yaga
Note: If the matter is order-related and you expect a response, always reach out to our Support team by submitting a request.
What happens after you report
We go through all the reports sent to us and look into each and every one of them, so you can be sure your complaint has been heard. Since we do this manually, it takes us some time.
