To download the Yaga app, your app store must be set to South Africa. You might have bought your phone in another country or changed the region yourself. Here's how to check which country your app store is set to.
App Store
- Go to the App Store.
- Tap your Profile.
- Tap your name.
- Select Country/Region and update it to South Africa.
Google Play
- Open Google Play.
- Tap your Profile.
- Tap Settings.
- Go to General.
- Tap Account and device preferences.
- Tap Country and profiles.
- Tap the country where you want to add an account.
