If your listings, orders, messages, or wallet balance have disappeared after logging in to Yaga, you have most likely signed in to a second Yaga account created with a different email address.
Signs you may be on the wrong account
You may be logged in to a different account if any of the following apply:
- Your account doesn't seem like your own
- There are no listings under My shop
- You don't see any orders under My Yaga in the bottom navigation bar, then My shop orders
- Orders have disappeared under My purchases
- You don't see any messages
- Your My wallet is empty
How to get back to your correct account
This usually happens when you sign in using a different email address than the one linked to your original account. To get back to your correct account:
- Think back to whether you last logged in with the same Facebook or Google account, or whether you have changed the email on either of those since then
- Log in to Yaga using the correct email address connected to your original Yaga account
