Deleting your Yaga account is done from your profile settings, and the account cannot be used to log in again afterwards.
How to delete your account
- Tap My Yaga.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Profile.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom of the page.
- Choose a reason and tap Continue.
- Tap Yes, delete my account.
What happens after you delete your account
Once your account is successfully deleted, you cannot log in again with the same email address. Logging in would automatically create a new Yaga account with the same email. If you don't wish to create a new account, you need to remain logged out.
We appreciate it if you add a reason, as feedback is important for making Yaga better for everyone. We're sad to see you leave, but you're always welcome back to Yaga :)
Note: Once a shop URL (username) has been used on Yaga, it cannot be reused — even after you delete the account. If you ever create a new account, you'll need to choose a different username.
