Image upload errors on a Yaga listing are usually caused by limited photo access permissions or by photos saved in the unsupported HEIC format.
Only some or no photos are showing
If only a selection of photos from your library shows when uploading items, or none at all, you have likely allowed Yaga access to only selected photos or none at all. Check your phone's Apps settings to make sure you're allowing Yaga to access your whole gallery.
Photos in HEIC format won't upload
Make sure your photos are not in HEIC format, as this file type cannot be uploaded to listings. You can fix this in one of two ways:
- Change the image format in your device settings: Settings → Camera → Formats → Most Compatible
- Take a screenshot of the photo, which automatically converts it to a compatible format
