Making a purchase on Yaga involves logging in, tapping Buy, choosing a delivery method, paying, and confirming receipt once your item arrives.
How to make a purchase
- Log in to Yaga. Make sure you're logged in. If you're new to Yaga and don't have an account, log in using your Facebook or Google account. If there's something you'd like to confirm with the Seller first, tap Chat with seller (next to the item) to contact the Seller via Yaga.
- Tap the Buy button. When you're ready to purchase the item, tap the Buy button visible under the listing image.
- Choose a delivery method. At checkout, choose your preferred shipping provider from the list of options made available by the Seller. Fill in all the required fields that appear after a delivery option is chosen. The delivery cost is paid along with the item price at checkout.
- Select your preferred payment method. You can pay using your credit card, EFT payment, Ozow, or your Yaga wallet balance.
- Pay for the item. Have your phone close by for the OTP. Tap the Proceed to payment button to pay for the item. After paying, return to the Merchant. Once payment is successful, you'll receive a confirmation email and the purchase will appear in your My purchases view.
- Receive your item. Allow the Seller a few days to send out the order. Once the Seller has shipped the item, you'll receive a notification on Yaga and to your email.
Stay on Yaga throughout
