Completing an order on Yaga releases the funds to the Seller, and you should only do this once you've received your item and confirmed you're happy with it.
How to complete an order
- Go to My Yaga and tap My purchases
- Find the correct order and tap Item received
- Double-confirm that you're happy with the item
What happens when you complete an order
- The funds are released from Yaga to the Seller's Yaga wallet.
- The order is finalised and Yaga's return policy no longer applies.
- This step cannot be reversed.
Before you tap "Item received"
⚠️ Important: Only tap Item received once you have actually received the item and verified that it matches the listing. If you tap it before receiving the item, or before checking it carefully, the funds are released and our return policy no longer applies. If you're not happy with the item, do not complete the order — contact the Seller via Yaga chat first, and reach out to Yaga Support if needed.
