Listings on Yaga can be hidden or removed for several reasons, and you should receive an in-app notification or an email explaining what happened.
Common reasons a listing may be hidden or removed
- The item was reported by other Yaga users (for example, suspected counterfeit, prohibited content, or directing transactions outside Yaga).
- The item falls under our Prohibited Items list or under Prohibited actions and behaviors (for example, a listing description that directs Buyers to transact outside Yaga).
What to do if you believe the removal was incorrect
If you believe your listing was removed in error, contact Yaga Support by submitting a request. Include the listing details (title, screenshot, item description) and let us know why you believe the removal was a mistake. Our team will review and respond.
How to avoid future removals
- Make sure the items you list comply with our Prohibited Items list and Community Guidelines.
- Use your own photos of the actual item, not images from the internet.
- Keep your descriptions accurate and free of misleading hashtags or brand tags.
- Keep all transactions and conversations on Yaga — never direct Buyers to pay or chat outside the platform.
