The Courier Guy (former Pudo) is one of Yaga's integrated courier options, letting you book a locker automatically through Yaga so you don't have to pay for the delivery yourself. Each Seller decides which delivery methods to enable for their shop.

How The Courier Guy integrated delivery works
1. Select The Courier Guy locker on Yaga
Once you're ready to send your order, do the following:
- Open the bottom navigation bar
- Tap My Yaga
- Tap My shop orders
- Tap Select a locker
- Select The Courier Guy locker where you will drop off the parcel
2. Receive a deposit PIN code from Yaga
You'll use this code to open the locker door. The code is valid for 5 days. If you don't deposit the item within 5 days, the delivery is cancelled with NO REFUND, and you'll need to cover the cost of the new delivery yourself.
3. Write the required information on your parcel
Open your order details page first:
- Open the navigation bar
- Tap My Yaga
- Tap My shop orders
- Tap Details
Write the Buyer's delivery details (name, pick-up point, and contact number) as well as your unique number on the parcel.
4. Drop off the item within 5 days
Go to the selected locker, enter the deposit PIN to open the locker door, and send off your item. The green progress bar on your order details page will update automatically after some time (it can take up to an hour), and the Buyer will receive a notification that their order is on the way. There's no need to tap the item shipped button.
5. Receive funds
As soon as the Buyer receives the item and taps item received, the funds for the item are released to your Yaga wallet.
Good to know
- Once you've booked a locker, the Buyer can track their parcel by opening the navigation bar, tapping My Yaga, then My purchases, then Details, and tapping the pink TCG number, which takes them to their tracking page.
- Only tap Select a locker when you're ready to deliver within 5 days. For example, if you receive an order while on holiday, wait until you're back home before you generate a PIN.
- If you don't deposit the parcel within 5 days, you'll need to book a new locker through The Courier Guy app and pay for the second delivery attempt up front as usual.
- The integration applies only to locker-to-locker, locker-to-kiosk, kiosk-to-locker, and kiosk-to-kiosk options.
What to do if the Yaga PIN code expires
- If the PIN expired because you didn't drop the parcel off within 5 days, book a new locker via your The Courier Guy account. The order won't move to Shipped status, but the Buyer can still complete the order once received.
- If you already shipped the item with the Yaga PIN code but still received a PIN expiration notification, or the order status didn't change, there's no need to worry. Signals can sometimes come through with a delay. As long as your parcel is on the way, the Buyer will still be able to complete the order once received, and you'll receive the money for the item.
What to do if you need a bigger locker
Yaga's system automatically chooses a locker size based on the size you enabled on your listing. You can upgrade the locker on the spot:
- Enter your PIN
- The locker will open
- Close the empty locker
- The screen will ask if you deposited
- Select NO
- Select box change
- Select the bigger box you would like to use
- The bigger door will open
As a Seller, you must ensure the correct size is enabled for the listing in the first place. Upgrading at the locker is at your own risk.
What to do if the locker is full, offline, or you need a different drop-off point
With The Courier Guy (former PUDO) you can ship the parcel from any location you like. If the locker you chose is full, drop the parcel off at another location or wait until the locker is available. The PIN from The Courier Guy side is valid for 5 days.
If you don't wish to use the integration
You can ship the item without the integration. To find the Buyer details, open the navigation bar, tap My Yaga, then My shop orders, then Details, and book the parcel via your own account. The order won't move to Shipped status, but the Buyer can still complete the order once received, and you'll receive the money for the item plus delivery*.
*The delivery cost is only released to your Yaga wallet if no booking has been made via Yaga.
PS! Pack your items properly so they aren't damaged during shipping.
Note: If it's a bundle order, all items must be sent together in one parcel.
If a Buyer doesn't collect the parcel in time and it gets returned to you, you're eligible for compensation for the courier costs incurred. You'll be asked to provide proof of the incurred courier costs and proof that correct delivery information was used in the first place. You'll be reimbursed once you've received the parcel back, and this amount is charged from the Buyer's pending payment. The remainder is refunded to the Buyer.
⚠️ Important: Before shipping, ensure your item is allowed to be shipped and complies with the courier's Terms & Conditions. Prohibited or restricted items may be delayed, returned, or refused. If you're unsure, check the courier's prohibited items list or contact them directly.
