PAXI is one of Yaga's integrated courier options: you receive a PAXI token and PAXI Bag Voucher automatically through Yaga to send your orders, which means you don't have to pay for the delivery. Each Seller decides which delivery methods to enable for their shop.

How PAXI integrated delivery works
1. Find a PAXI point to drop off the item
Find your nearest PAXI point on the PAXI website to drop off your item(s).
2. Show the PAXI token and PAXI Bag Voucher to get a PAXI bag
Find your PAXI token and PAXI Bag Voucher by opening the bottom navigation bar, tapping My Yaga, then My shop orders, then Details. Show your PAXI token and bag voucher to receive a grey token bag for your items. You don't have to pay for the bag, as the cost has been covered by the Buyer, and the token includes the Buyer's delivery information. The Bag Voucher can only be redeemed at PEP, PEPHome, and PEPCell.
Note: The Bag Voucher can't be redeemed at Shoe City or Tekkie Town.
3. Confirm your name and contact details
Bring your ID card or passport, as PAXI is required to ask for the identification and contact details of the person making the drop-off. If they also want to confirm the Buyer's details, refer to your order confirmation email for the relevant info.
4. Receive a confirmation SMS
Once the order has been processed, you and the Buyer will each receive a confirmation SMS from PAXI with the tracking details. There's no need to tap item shipped anymore, as the order status updates automatically. The Buyer's My purchases detail screen will also be updated automatically with the tracking number.
5. Receive funds
Once the parcel arrives at its destination, the Buyer will receive an SMS from PAXI to collect it. Once the Buyer has collected the parcel, they tap item received on Yaga to release the funds to your Yaga wallet.

If you don't wish to use the integration
You can ship the item without the integration. The order won't move to Shipped status, but the Buyer can still complete the order once received, and you'll receive the money for the item plus delivery.
PS! Pack your items properly so they aren't damaged during shipping.
Note: If it's a bundle order, all items must be sent together in one parcel.
If a Buyer doesn't collect the parcel in time and it gets returned to you, you're eligible for compensation for the courier costs incurred. You'll be asked to provide proof of the incurred courier costs and proof that correct delivery information was used in the first place. You'll be reimbursed once you've received the parcel back, and this amount is charged from the Buyer's pending payment. The remainder is refunded to the Buyer.
⚠️ Important: Before shipping, ensure your item is allowed to be shipped and complies with the courier's Terms & Conditions. Prohibited or restricted items may be delayed, returned, or refused. If you're unsure, check the courier's prohibited items list or contact them directly.
