If the parcel was collected more than 48 hours ago
If the tracking shows that the Buyer collected the parcel more than 48h ago and hasn't expressed their concern with the received item or completed the order, please fill out the form by submitting a request below. We can go ahead and complete the order on their behalf.
If the Buyer hasn't collected the parcel yet
If the Buyer hasn't been able to collect the parcel yet, we'd advise popping them a reminder via Yaga chat.
