There are three ways to reach Yaga Support — through the Help Center on web, through the Help Center in the app, or directly from an active order.
Via the Help Center (web)
- Open the Yaga website and click Menu → Help Center.
- Click Submit a request in the top right corner of the Help Center.
- Fill in the form with your details and submit.
Via the Help Center (app)
- Open the Yaga app and tap My Yaga → Help Center.
- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top corner.
- Tap Submit a request, fill in the form and submit.
From an active order
If your question is about a specific order, this route is the fastest:
- Open the order via My Yaga → My purchases (or My shop orders) → Details.
- Tap the I have an issue with an order button on the order page.
- Browse the suggested articles, then tap Contact support at the bottom of the article, or tap the menu icon (☰) in the top corner — the order number and your email will be pre-filled.
What to include in your request
To help us help you faster, please share:
- The order number, if your query relates to a specific order.
- Your Yaga username, in case you're unable to share the order number.
- A clear description of the issue and what you've already tried.
- Screenshots, where helpful.
Response time
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 business days.
Yaga Support is email-only
We do not operate through WhatsApp, phone calls, or instant messaging apps. If anyone claims to be Yaga Support via WhatsApp or any other channel, please report it.
