Here's a clear breakdown of what other Yaga members can and cannot see about you, and how to manage your visibility.
Visible to other members
- Your Yaga username.
- Your shop name and description
- Your profile photo (if you've added one).
- The items you have listed for sale and items you've sold (unless you've deleted these).
- The general location you've set in your profile (city / region) settings.
- How many items you've sold
- How many followers your have
- You average shipping time, if it's less than 7 days.
Not visible to other members
- Your real name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your bank account details or payment information
- Your direct messages with other members (visible only to you and the member you're messaging).
When some information becomes visible
- Shipping address — when you make a purchase, the Seller is provided with the shipping address you've chosen for that order; this is only used for delivery.
- Real name — if the courier requires it for the waybill, your real name may appear on the package label.
Managing your visibility
