How long should shipping take?
Sellers are expected to ship out parcels as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days after you make a purchase. This is a recommended time frame rather than a mandatory one, so you can always confirm the expected delivery time directly with the Seller.
How to contact the Seller
- Open the bottom navigation bar and tap My Yaga
- Tap My purchases
- Find the correct order and tap the Chat icon to message the Seller
When to contact Yaga Support
