Paying twice for delivery when buying from the same Seller within 1 hour usually happens when bundling wasn't enabled for all items, and there are two ways to resolve it.
Why this happens
For bundling to work seamlessly, the Seller has to enable it for each product separately. If you paid twice for the delivery within a 1-hour period, it's likely that bundling wasn't enabled for all items.
If the items haven't been shipped yet
- The Seller cancels the second order and reuploads the item with the Pick up from Seller delivery option.
- Repurchase the second item using the refunded funds in your Yaga wallet.
- The Seller can then ship the items together in one parcel.
If the items have already been shipped
In this case the second delivery fee will be released to the Seller once you've completed the order. Let us know once you've received the items, and we will complete the orders ourselves and reimburse you for the unused delivery fee.
