Yaga doesn't generate invoices automatically because transactions happen between users, but you can find your purchase and transaction details in-app and request an invoice if you need one.
Why invoices aren't generated automatically
Since transactions on our platform are completed between users, invoices are not generated automatically for each purchase.
Where to find your purchase details
For accounting purposes, the following information is usually sufficient:
- The order confirmation sent to your email address
- The order details available under My Yaga in My purchases
- The transaction details displayed under My Yaga in My wallet
If you need an invoice
If the available information is not sufficient for your accounting needs, contact our Support team and we can provide an invoice if needed.
