You can track your parcel directly through Yaga without needing to log in to the courier separately.
How to track your parcel
- Go to My Yaga → My purchases (as a Buyer) or My shop orders (as a Seller).
- click on "Details" under the order you wish to track
- Tap the tracking number link to view detailed updates on the courier's tracking page.
Why hasn't the tracking updated?
It can take up to 24 hours for tracking to appear after the Seller drops the parcel off. Once in transit, updates may happen daily rather than in real time.
Why is delivery taking longer than expected?
Most parcels arrive within the courier's estimated time. Delays can be caused by weather, public holidays, or courier capacity. If a package hasn't been delivered after the courier's stated maximum delivery time (usually 5–10 business days domestically), contact the courier directly.
The tracking says delivered, but I haven't received it
Check with your designated collection point — sometimes parcels arrive before the SMS notification. Ask anyone in your household if they collected it. If you still can't find it within 48 hours, contact the courier directly with the tracking number.
My package seems to be lost
If the courier has declared the parcel as lost, the Seller should cancel the order in Yaga so the Buyer can receive a refund. After that, the Seller should take the matter up directly with the courier company to file a claim regarding the lost items. See My item was damaged/lost in transit.
Good to know
Tracking is only available for orders shipped via a Yaga-integrated courier (Pargo, The Courier Guy, PAXI). For Aramex and Postnet, the Seller has to enter or share the tracking number themselves.
