Cancelling an order on Yaga is done from the Seller's side, so the first step is always to contact the Seller via Yaga chat.
If the order hasn't been shipped yet
To cancel a purchase you've made that hasn't been shipped yet, contact the Seller and ask them to cancel the order.
- Open My Yaga
- Tap My purchases
- Find the correct order and tap the Chat icon to message the Seller
If you can't reach the Seller within a few days, reach out to our Support team by submitting a request below.
If the Seller has already shipped the item
If the Seller has already shipped the item, the order can't be cancelled immediately. In this case:
- Contact the Seller via Yaga chat and let them know you no longer wish to receive the item.
- The Seller can cancel the order only once they've received the item back.
- Note: If you requested the cancellation after the order was already shipped or the delivery was booked, the initial delivery fee plus return delivery may be deducted from your refund.
Good to know
Sellers are expected to ship parcels as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of purchase, but this is a recommended timeframe rather than a mandatory one. You can always discuss the expected delivery time with the Seller via Yaga chat.
