Bundling is a delivery option that lets a Buyer purchase multiple items from your shop without duplicating the delivery cost, as long as they buy within 1 hour of their first purchase. You enable it per item when listing.
How bundling works
When listing a new item, you'll see a delivery option called Bundling. If this option is enabled, a Buyer purchasing from your shop can buy multiple items without duplicating the delivery cost. Bundling activates automatically for the Buyer after the first purchase and allows additional purchases (within 1 hour) from your shop without any additional shipping cost.
- Purchase No 1 — Bundling option is visible but greyed out.
- Purchase No 2 — Bundling is enabled.
- Purchase No ... — Bundling stays enabled from the same shop until the 1-hour time frame (counting from the first purchase) closes.
PS! All bundle orders must be sent together in one parcel.
Enabling and disabling bundling per item
You can enable or disable bundling for each item separately. If you're selling something that doesn't fit inside a sleeve, or you can't fit any other items with it inside the same sleeve, you can turn bundling off for that item. As the Seller, you're responsible for making sure that bundled items fit inside one sleeve.
How to create a bundle listing
If you wish to create a bundle listing:
- Create a new listing with the summed price added to the listing
- Add either a random image or an image that states which user the bundle is for
- Share the bundle listing with the Buyer
- The Buyer makes one purchase for all the chosen items
What if the Buyer made multiple separate purchases without bundling?
If a Buyer ended up making more than one purchase from your shop without using the Bundle option (for example, the items were purchased more than an hour apart, or bundling wasn't enabled on the items), you have a few options:
- Ship them together in one parcel — if the items physically fit and the Buyer agrees, you can ship as one parcel. The order connected to the unused delivery won't move to shipped status, but the Buyer can still complete the orders once received. In this case, the unused delivery fee will also be released to you, so let us know once the order has been completed, and we'll reimburse the unused delivery fee to the Buyer.
- Cancel the second order — if the Buyer prefers, cancel the second order and re-upload the item with the Pick up from Seller delivery option. The Buyer reorders the second item, and you can ship the items together in one parcel.
