As a Seller, you can cancel an order from My shop orders, which instantly and automatically refunds the full amount to the Buyer's Yaga wallet.
How to cancel an order
- Go to the bottom navigation bar → My Yaga → My shop orders.
- Tap Cancel under the correct order.
After cancellation the money will be instantly and automatically fully refunded to the Buyer's Yaga wallet.
An order cannot be cancelled once it has been completed by the Buyer. If you wish to refund the Buyer, please contact Yaga Support.
Note: Yaga can process a full refund only if there are sufficient funds in your Yaga Wallet to cover the refund amount.
Is there a fee or penalty when the Buyer requests the cancellation?
If a Buyer asks to cancel an order before the item has been shipped and you agree, there is no fee or penalty applied to you as the Seller. The Buyer is refunded in full, and the order is cancelled.
The platform may deduct a fee in specific cases such as:
- The cancellation is because the payment was made outside Yaga.
- The cancellation is because the item was already sold elsewhere and not removed from your shop.
- Other violations of Yaga's Terms & Conditions.
Good to know
- After cancellation, the listing(s) connected to it will remain in "Sold" status, and it is not possible to mark it as unsold.
- If you wish to cancel a bundle order, this has to be done on each of the orders, depending on which order you wish to cancel.
