If you accidentally cancelled an order as a Seller, you can get the sale back on track by re-uploading the item and asking the Buyer to repurchase it.
What to do
There is no way to reverse an order cancellation, so follow these steps to get back on track:
- Re-upload the item to your Yaga shop.
- Ask the Buyer to repurchase the item with the refunded money in their Yaga wallet.
The Buyer can complete the order even if the order status hasn't changed to "in-transit".
If you already shipped the item
If you cancelled the order after already shipping the item and can't reach the Buyer within a few days, please contact our Support team by submitting a request below.
