Changing the delivery method for an order generally means cancelling the order and relisting the item with the correct delivery option enabled.
If the delivery method chosen at checkout doesn't work out (for example, the Buyer chose the wrong courier) and you need to change the delivery method, the order generally needs to be cancelled and the item relisted with the correct delivery option enabled.
How it works
- The Seller cancels the order from My Yaga → My shop orders → Cancel.
- The full amount is automatically refunded to the Buyer's Yaga wallet.
- The Seller lists the item as a new listing with the appropriate delivery option enabled.
- The Buyer can repurchase using their Yaga wallet balance.
NB! When listing, enable only the delivery options that suit the size and nature of your item.
