Processing an order on Yaga covers checking your order details, shipping the item to the Buyer, and receiving your money once the order is complete.
Congratulations on your sale! Here's how to get your order delivered to the Buyer.
Step-by-step
- Check your order details from the bottom navigation bar → My Yaga → My shop orders. View delivery information by tapping Details.
- Ship the item. With The Courier Guy, Paxi and Pargo, you can book a locker or receive a token/PIN directly via Yaga, whereas with Aramex and Postnet, you must book the parcel directly with the courier. The delivery cost will be paid extra at checkout by the Buyer. See How delivery works for more details.
- Update the order status. If you shipped the order using one of the integrated courier options (The Courier Guy, Pargo, or Paxi), the order status will automatically change to "In-transit" once the parcel is shipped. If you shipped the order on your own (without the integration) or used the "Pick up from the Seller" delivery option, tap the Item shipped button in Yaga to notify the Buyer that the item is on its way. In that case, we recommend forwarding the parcel tracking number to the Buyer via Yaga chat (the Chat icon under the order).
- Receive your money. Once the Buyer has received the item and completed the order in Yaga, the money for the item (and also the delivery cost if you booked and paid the delivery yourself) will be released to your Yaga wallet. You can use this money for future purchases on Yaga or pay it out to your bank account with a tap of Payout to bank account.
